Robin Chambers, Proprietor

“In our practice, we work to integrate breath with movement, improving grace, balance, stamina, flexibility, strength, focus and vitality.” 
From an early age, Robin desired to engage in work that was meaningful. Between her entrepreneurial spirit and the fact that she was a devoted practitioner of Pilates, founding The Pilates Reserve in 2014 was the perfect culmination of her passions.

After more than twenty years of private Pilates practice under classical and contemporary instructors and mentors, Robin certified as a Pilates instructor in 2009. 

Now as a business owner and instructor, Robin is committed to preserving the authenticity of Joseph Pilates’ original work while embracing contemporary knowledge from the fields of rehabilitative and exercise sciences.

 

Fiona Wendorf 

Fiona was first introduced to Pilates while pursuing a BA in Dance from Mills College in Oakland, California. She quickly realized the strength, stability and energy Pilates brought to both her dance practice and everyday life. It wasn’t until several years later that Fiona discovered the classical method of Pilates, and really fell in love.

Fiona has completed an intensive 700 hour apprentice program and became certified under Master Teacher Dorothee VandeWalle, of Metropolitan Pilates Seattle and Martt Lawrence of the Pilates Center of San Francisco.

Fiona believes in living a healthy, balanced life - full of energy, encouragement, laughter and fun.

 

Rosa Noble

Starting gymnastics at a young age and moving on to study ballet, Rosa has since become an avid runner, completing several half and full marathons. Rosa began practicing Pilates in 2005 and found it brought another level to her workouts. She made the decision to teach Pilates because it allows her to combine her love of fitness and working with people. 

After careful research, Rosa chose Stott Pilates because their mind-body exercise builds on the essence and principles of Joseph Pilates' work by incorporating modern knowledge about the body. With the commitment and strength to help people reach their goals, Rosa is excited to share something she's passionate about and strongly believes that Pilates has something to offer everyone.
