Etiquette & Practice
Welcome to The Pilates Reserve!
It is our goal to create a safe, respectful, enriching experience for each client. The Pilates Reserve Studio Policies and Guidelines are in place to help sustain this healthy environment and ensure that the studio runs smoothly for all. Please familiarize yourself with the policies and guidelines below.
The success of your Pilates practice depends upon continuity, presence and accountability. We look forward to working with you to create a strong Pilates foundation and help you reach your individual health and wellness goals.
New clients should contact the studio to schedule a first session. To maximize your Pilates experience, three private sessions are required prior to taking a group class. If you have previous experience on Pilates apparatus, please let us know when you contact the studio so that we can schedule an initial class that is best suited for you.
We are glad to personally assist in creating a Pilates schedule for you. You are encouraged to set a schedule in advance for your Pilates practice to ensure your place in a session, as space is limited. At this time, we ask that you book sessions with your instructor at the studio or by text or email. Private and Duet sessions are booked directly with your instructor.
To ensure clients have full access to available sessions, we request 24-hours notice for cancellations. Less than 24-hours notice is considered a late cancel and your session will be forfeited. Cancellations for group sessions may be made by telephone, text or using our online booking system.
Private and Duet sessions may be cancelled via text, email or by calling the studio.
Clients with annual memberships are asked to honor the 24-hours cancellation policy. Annual members are required to keep a credit card on file. In the case of a late cancellation or no show a $20 charge will be assessed.
Payment is expected in full before or on the date of your first session. All session purchases are non-refundable and expire within six months of initial purchase, unless otherwise noted at time of purchase.
A credit card is required for all bookings to hold your reservation. At the time of your session you may pay with cash, check or credit – Visa/MasterCard/Discover. Should your check be returned for insufficient funds, a $35 fee will be charged to your account.
